Pretty Bitches Audiobook Release

March 2020

In Pretty Bitches by Lizzie Skurnick, empowering essays from leading women writers examine the power of the gendered language that is used to diminish women - and imagine a more liberated world. It’s personal, it’s academic, and it’s brilliant. I had such an incredible experience narrating "Shrill" by Dahlia Lithwick, "Lucky" by Glynnis Macnicol, "Mature" by Jillian Medoff, "Victim" by Kate Harding, and "Tomboy" by Winter Miller for the Pretty Bitches audiobook!

Stupid Fucking Bird

September 2019

One of the most fulfilling theatre experiences I’ve ever had. A modern adaptation of Anton Chekhov's The Seagull, Stupid Fucking Bird perfectly captures the bleak, true, hysterical, and irreverent nature of its origin play. Bird is resonant, relevant, perhaps even timelessly so, and every member of the cast discovered new truths about ourselves through our characters’ stories. Music always seems to find me, and SFB is no different. I had so much fun composing Mash’s songs and finding a whole new understanding of my character in the process. A huge thank you to the entire SFB team and our director, the incomparable Rebecca Bradshaw.

Delict Web Series

June 2019

We did it! All three episodes of season 1 of Delict are out on our YouTube channel. We’ve come a long way — I wrote the premiere webisode of Delict in June of 2018, and since then, the Delict team has accomplished so much and had a ton of fun in the process with support from our iconic GoFundMe donors. A huge thank you to the entire Delict team, and a very special thanks to my co-producer and director Matt McKinzie for everything!

Delict is an absurdist comedy-thriller about a broke and unlucky 20-something who wants a Sugar Daddy to spoil her -- instead, the man she meets loops her into his organized crime syndicate. Created by & Starring Carolyne Leys.
